The best I have gotten is 15975 for the L3130 shuttle shift AG tires 4x4 and 513 loader. R4 was 900 extra and 723 FEL was 700 extra. Is this good or am I getting taken?

Looks good for my area - central NY. I'm tempted to say 'very good' but never purposely shopped for a 3130 and could be wrong. Where are you located?

Spend the extra for the 723, it's got some muscle.

im from southern Illinois. The specs show a 400 lb difference in the loaders. So its worth the extra $700? I think th dump degrees are a little better on the 723 also

Sounds like a good price. Check around with a couple of local dealers before you sign anything. I would get the LA723 loader over the LA513. I almost bought the 513, but went with the 723 and glad I did. Quick attach and heavy duty round back bucket are nice add ons to the loader. With quick attach you can switch to forks, grapple, different types of buckets and many other attachments in just a couple of minutes.
I paid around $285 extra for quick attach and $258 for 72" heavy duty bucket. The LA723 is a very strong loader on a machine this size, but I have stalled the loader hydraulics a couple of times trying to lift more than it could. Most of the time it will do all I ask of it.
I would also get the 4 position joystick control valve which I think I paid around $40 extra (model # L2213).
According to the Kubota brochure I have for the Grand L series tractors the Pivot pin lift capacity for the LA513 is 1345lbs. and LA723 is 1870lbs.. The bucket center lift capacity for LA513 is 1124 lbs. and LA723 is 1587 lbs.. The lift capacity 500mm forward is 1003 lbs. for LA513 and 1400 lbs. for LA 723.
Also breakout force 500 mm forward for the LA513 is 2160lbs. and LA723 is 2605lbs.
I think you would probably be happy with either loader, but you know how a lot of people are. After the fact, we wish we had bought the larger, stronger product for a little more $$$. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif One other thing,...if you ever think you may want a backhoe, you will need the LA723 loader in order to use the BH90 backhoe on your machine. I don't have a backhoe but would like to have one. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Good luck in your search and I am sure you will really like the L3130. I am very happy with mine.

Like Curt sez, Bill, the quick attach option on the Grand L's is very worthwhile. Allows you to swap out the bucket for standard skid-steer attachments...very versatile. Wish I had that on my LA682; its quick attach is proprietary and only works with Kubota attachments.

Would be a good quote in Md. too. It's the total quote that matters for any given package. Dealers will vary some on the base tractor and the add-ons but that's not worth much thought. Only matters what your package costs and how good the dealer reputation and service is.

Earlier info. and advice on the larger loader is exactly as I see it too. The R4's are good all around tires but as I'm sure you've read here, the Ag tires have their strong points too.

Good Luck. I like mine.
