Hello everyone, I am a new member but have been reading post for several years which was why I bought my L3130. I also have a L185DT.
I am pricing a 723 FEL with quick attach and tooth bar. How does this price sound.
723 fel, quick attach $4300.00
Tooth bar $300.00

I have one more dealer to get a price from that I thank will be $200.00 cheaper. The dealer I bought my tractor from has new salesman and he went from $4000.00 for 723 quick attach to $4300.00 in three weeks, denied he gave price of $4000.

Also he said Kubota my be changing 0% this Friday to compete with Deere's 0% for 5 years on 5000 series. I told him I was looking at the M series vs 5000 series and 0% for 5 had me leaning towards Deere...anyone heard this?

I think the $4300 sounds pretty good if it includes a bucket, otherwise it sounds average. The toothbar sounds ok too at $300 if it is 72". Are these installed prices? Be sure you understand who is doing what.
Written quotes are best 'cause they don't rely on anyones memory.
I don't know about 0%.

All the best,
Martin

Oh yeah, and welcome to the forum.
That is a nice tractor you have (my very biased opinion).

Sounds reasonable.
I paid $3950 for LA723 with pinned bucket. (last yr)
I've been quoted $350 for QA.
It's a really good deal if you are getting the HD bucket included, a reasonable deal otherwise.

$300 is what I was quoted for tooth bar for welded cutting edge.

I've got quote for $4800 for LA853 loader with HD bucket, which is probably a little high.

Thanks for the feedback.
Just got back from the other Kubota dealer whrer the salesman that sold me the 3130 started working. This dealer is about 20 min. futher but the difference in price is worth it.

He quoted 723 fel, quick attach with 66"(?) or 72" bucket for $4000.00 and the tooth bar for $350.00.
Thats a $268.00 difference from the dealer I bought my 3130 from.
He also suggested the Woods 1012 Fel quick attach, same bucket size, price $3600.00 for fel and $350 for tooth bar.
Tax is 7% so depending on how you look at it I could save $428.00 to $696 going with the Woods 1012 /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif thats a set of forks /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif.
Anyone have any pros or cons on the Woods1012?

Your tractor will handle a Woods 1016 FEL. At least that is what my dealer tried to sell me, but I went with the LA723 because there was only about $400 to $500 difference. I also have a L3130.
According to Woods, the 1016 has about 6 inches more lift than the 1012. Breakaway capacity for the 1012 is 2,000 lbs. and the 1016 is 2,500 lbs.. Lift capacity is 1200 lbs. for the 1012 and 1600 lbs. for the 1016. The 1012 will handle a 66' bucket max. and the 1016 will handle up to a 72" bucket, according to the Woods brochure.
I have used a Kubota M5400 with a Woods 1027 loader. It seemed to be a fine loader. It was well built and very strong. The only reason I bought the Kubota loader was because I wanted to keep everything factory. No other real reason, and I did like the Woods 1016 that I looked at.
Either loader should serve you well. Good luck.

Curt
