I'am looking at buying a tractor. I have looked at every brand I could find. One dealer offered me a two wheel drive L3010 with fel and heavy duty bush hog for 14023, is this a good price.

The L3010 from what I understand is close to the JD 790. The 790 2WD is about 9K new. Add 1K for a hog and you got 10K.

I think you are getting ripped.

I am sorry razor. The fel will add 2.5 k yielding 12.5 k to the 790.

Razor I'm in E. tex and checked prices pretty extensively, I did not look at 2wd tractors though. The best price I got on a L3010dt w/fel, no implements& ag tires was 14,299. when I found out loader was bushhog instead of kubota and checked out dealers service record I decided to deal with my local guy even though It would cost me alittle more. Keep reading on this site and you will find "your deal"

Razor, I sure did like the 3010 better than the3000, I had to give up the ind. tires and the hi-end mower, but I think 15,000 for 4wd 3010 with kubota loader is pretty good price and my salesman was tough to haggle with. See if your guy can get close to this if you like it. I will give you names and numbers here in E tex if you need. ( hook em horns! )
