L3000 pricing

looking for a price check on a L3000, 2wd, early to mid 2000's vintage, loader added 4 years ago, 5' shredder, barn/garage kept, 400hrs., have not seen other than picture, but says in great shape, guy sold his property at the lake. He's asking $9500

I have dealt alot of tractors, not many kubotas. sounds a little high to me and I think the unit might be too small.

id say $9500 is a fair price for that tractor.the new loader prolly cost him $2500 to $3000 new.so you take that off,an your looking at $6,500.
