I've got an 06' L2800hst that I bought new. It has 400 hours on it that has been used 95% for mowing grass with a rear finish mower. I also have the FEL and backhoe with subframe on in. FEL might have 20 hours on it and the hoe, 10hrs at the most. Its all well maintained and barn stored. Wondering what a ballpark sale price and trade in price might be? Looking at downsizing as its just too much tractor for what I use it for on my land. Need something that's geared toward mowing being the primary usage with a hoe and FEL for convenience when they are needed.

Went to the local dealer and kicked the tires on a new bx23s. Without seeing my tractor and assuming its in good shape, he said I'd be looking at around 9000 on trade and 12,000 selling it outright. Seemed quite low to me considering I paid 22,500 for the tractor/loader/hoe new. If that's the case, I'm probably be further ahead to keep mine and by a new bx with mmm only.

If your tractor is in good shape, considering it has the backhoe and loader, it should be worth more than $12000 to someone who needs those capabilities. That's a solid tractor, just low on the power side but still capable if you have a little extra time. You might try listing it on several Craig's Lists and maybe here, and see if that the value is what I think it is- closer to $16,000 if it looks good and is well cared for (which it sounds like it is).

Around here that tractor with loader will go for about 12k from a dealer, about 16-18 with a BH in decent condition. Does yours have a skid steer type quick attach for the bucket?
