What is the difference between the L2550, L2550DT, L2550F ? I am new to these tractors so I get stumped pretty easy, thanks for any info you can give me. CS
Muhammad listed the differences between those last letters awhile back, and now I don't remember where and don't remember what all of them mean.
DT = Geared Transmission
HST = Hydrostatic Transmission
HSD = Hydrostatic 4WD
GST = Glideshift
F = ?????
The F means that it is a Kubota 2WD model if it follows directly after the model number (such as 2550F). But if you have a B7500DT-F then it means that you have a folding ROPS as opposed to a B7500DT-R which is a rigid ROPS.
should all of the applicable suffics appear on the data tag on the frame? My 2wd doesn't have any letters, only the model's digits and the serial number.
Pks,
To be honest I have no idea what "F" means,maybe Snell on the right track.
Could be just a different model they came up with...but feathers /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif/w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif naaa don't think so. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
