I have a just finished installing a 2185 snowblower on my 3710, works great but the shute will only rotate one way any ideas, i did not get an installation manual as i purchased it used. the hydraulic lines are connected and seem to be proper.
the system has a regen valve. to go to the right you have to push past the first part of the valve travel, you will feel a detent and then the chute should turn.
Im using my loader valve to run this so im not sure it works the same as the valve that goes to the snowblower. if i reverse the hoses it will go the other way. seems odd
push the valve further. the first part of the movement you notice that it just seems loaded up (which it is) push the valve further and it will move the chute.
push it all the way to the right ..further then you think you should
the loader valve is designed for a loader ...in the bucket dump circuit puts hydraulic pressure to both the dump and curl hoses. it still dumps because the effective pressure (more surface area on the end of the piston rod then the back-side of the same piston) and load (weight of the bucket plus contents).
so Kubota made the valve two stage for the right hand side(the dump circuit) so that it can operate other hydralic equipment. BUT the lever needs to be pushed further into the second stage ...push it further to the right.
I have a woods loader not kubota so im not sure this is going to work out. my local dealers have very limited knowledge of the whole unit and installation. I may have to add an add on valve to control this
