L 3940 price?

A fellow down the road has a 2012 L 3940 HST with cab and fel with 400 hrs for sale. Asking 28k . Looks pretty good was wondering what you guys think.

I would describe $28,000 as fair market value if the tractor has been inside stored and has maintenance records.

Outside stored would decrease its value to me by $4,000.

Looks to have been stored outside the top of the fel arms are faded. Really clean in the cab and underside looks new.

I friend has that same tractor,maybe a bit older.Nice rig.When I purchased my L4240 HSTC it was a toss up between it and the L3940 HSTC.Price doesn't sound too bad.What is the number on the loader?I think they offered two different ones;If it starts with a "7" it's the larger of the two.

Price is fair, mice are waterproof, so inside-outside is no big deal, all our stuff is stored indoors and mice have had a field day on them. Outside elements are harder on exposed components though.

It also has an extra remote on the fel. I'm guessing for a grapple. No rear remote but I can add one of those.

That front remote(third function) would cost $800-$1,000 to install.Grapple or a front snow plow(if you need one).I wouldn't wait long if you are interested,it will sell fast.

1) Curious, does it have any other options like a mid PTO, extra lighting, cab accessories, Heavy duty bucket, etc?
2) According to a 2012 Wholegoods pricing the list price of the tractor with HST, Ind. tires, cab with FEL, std bucket and quick connect is $38,895.
