Hello,
I am a first time user and joined the website this morning because of a problem that I have with my Kyoti/Daedong DK35. I am a small farmer who runs a few cattle and chickens and grows and mills trees. Three weeks ago the DK35 steering became very stiff. It would loosen up after 10 minutes of driving. I called on my neighbour Andrew who has been a member of your group for some time (and recommended that I join) and who is my guru for anything mechanical. We followed the DK35 service manual loosening the two locating bolts and re-tightened them after playing with the steering and this had no effect. We then changed the transmission oil filter again to very small effect and since then the steering appears to have completely frozen and I cannot turn it (but I am 75 years old and have Parkinson痴 disease). With the wheels off the ground it is impossible for me to turn the wheels. Can anybody suggest anything that I should do or has anybody experienced the same problem and how did you fix it.
Thanks in anticipation
