Kujbota L2600 lift wont go down

Looking at a Kubota L2600,,the 3 point lift wont go down,, it will come right up but owner sez lift will eventually go down and after a few days,,any suggestions,, he has a good price on it and everything else works good, it may be a grey market or an older L2600,,

Did you try opening the 3ph control valve?
Someone may have closed it all the way.
It is the knob behind your legs when sitting.

Check the drop rate control valve under the seat, should be a knob sticking out. Turn counter-clockwise to increase rate of drop.

went back and looked at it again, I had thougtht about turning that nob and when I did it went right on down and thats where it stayed,,lift is not working at all,,tried adj the nob to see if that would work but it just bottomed out,,I may leave it right where its at
