KUHN Tillers?

So after doing some research I think I am going to buy the Kuhn EL 53/190 Tiller for my 4720.....Its about $3000.00, made heavy duty, and my dealer that sold me the JD is down the road and that makes it alot easier for me as well....

Anyone have any input on Kuhn Tillers before I pull the trigger?

Here are some specs on it....

I had a Kuhn tiller about 3 years ago and getting parts was a problem. May be different now but ended up with a John Deere 673....

Don't know about their tillers. But the quality of their hay equipment is first rate. I'd have to venture that the tiller is likely to be pretty darn good as well.

What is the maximum tilling depth?

The specifications given appear to be physical dimension depths.

I have a Kuhn 6' rototiller I cannot remember which model I think it is a 32 series maybe a 42 series. I am at work so I cannot go out and check, but it has wroked just fine no coplaints here.

I believe 6 or 7 inches......

Jerry,

Did you get a price from your dealer on a Dere 673 tiller?
I think the depth is more like 7 3/4".

Not saying the Kuhn is an inferior product, don't know.
