Kubota ZD326 Won't Raise

Hello, I have a Kubota ZD326, and its deck will not raise. It was completely fine the last time I used it, I started it about a month ago because of the deep freeze, took it outside and drove it through the snow and it was great. Now that Spring is here I have went back to it to start it and get it ready for the season, but the deck wont budge. It's on its lowest setting now, and the hydraulics seem to work fine, no leaks either. Its like its restricted some how. Anything would help thanks again
