My leading contender is the L3400 because of it's pto hp for the price. Being an economy model it doesn't offer a QA bucket for the LA463 loader.

Are the LA513 or 763 loaders (L3130 and L3430) an unofficial option for the L3400?

Any concerns going with Woods QA loader, now or potential resale value? Or are the 3400's hydraulics the limiting factor? Not worried about max weights or heights, more interested in an easy swap between bucket and grapple/forks.

Just trying to stay in the $16k area for the tractor/loader. A Woods loader probably wouldn't qualify for the Kubota 0%, so another reason to keep the price down.

Thanks,
Cal

The Woods loader DOES qualify for the 0%.

We fininaced a M4900 with a Bush Hog loader, a Woods cutter, a Tufline disk, and a cone type spreader all at 0% through Kubota Credit Corp.

LP,
Glad you got it all on the 0%. Two weeks ago my dealer told me that the chipper I wanted didn't qualify for Kubota financing. If they stick to that story I may have to shop seperately for the chipper.

Make sure your dealer will warranty it with a woods loader. Kubota frowns on it and it depends on the dealer.

I would think that Kubota/ dealer would have a hard time not honoring the warranty if you have the Woods FEL or BH installed. I have both on a BX and I love the product, adjusting the MMM is a bit of a PITA with the FEL mounting in place, but overall I really like it. The BH especially over the OEM BH.

Woods is coming out with new loaders, so there might be a deal to be had buying one of the models that they will be discontinuing soon.

Wood's web site is showing a pair of curved arm loaders, no idea of the price yet. To change to a QA Kubota bucket costs $1000-$1500, seems as if you could get a Woods QA bucket with better numbers and have money left over.

Not too worried about voiding the Kubota warranty, they could claim that with any non Kubota attachment. Don't let them see your Harbor Freight hitch adapter.
