I'm interested in a dual hydraulic side link TnT for my B7800. I'd like to get maximum angles, mostly for my rear blade and ditch work along both sides of my graveled driveway that's near 1/2 mile long.

I'm not sure it's doable since there isn't a lot of side link length available with the OEM links being only 16.5" - 17" long at level.

I'm also looking at how the OEM links are angled away from the lift arms and wondering whether there'd be problems with twisting forces at either the top or the bottom of the links.

Has anyone done this for a Kubota that's got a similar original 3pt setup? Have photos?

Reasons NOT to try this are more than welcome too.

I am quite sure that I read, here, that someone had done it ...but, even with one hydraulic for tilt, the other can still be the manually adjustable one which, together, would give a substantial range.

doesn't your blade tilt? I would think that maxing both tilts--blade and lift-arm-- would give you as steep a cut as you could want ...(I have TnT and my blade has a hydraulic tilt and I can get more angle than I need even without messing with the manual arm adjustment ...blade has offset, too, so ditching is pretty easy ...but beware of immovable objects, ...your tractor can overpower your linkage without too much trouble ...breakee, breakee ! ...I have a cushion valve on my blades angle hydraulics, to soften the blow.

No, the blade won't tilt. It's an old thing I got from a neighbor and rebuilt (derusted, cleaned, painted, sharpened). Buying a blade that does tilt is one good answer that I hope to avoid if possible, and I like the ease and flexibility as described by 3RRL and his dual links job. His tractor is bigger and has more room for parts back there, looks like, and his links look to run almost dead vertical.

I was just out eyeballing the 3pt and realized that I should have mentioned that I've got the factory backhoe subframe that has a mounting ear within 3-4" of each side link. No fat cylinders for me!

I'm wondering if I were to use a cylinder with ballends at each end I could mount one outside the liftarm and the other inside the hitch arm to straighten up the link line enough to work.

I hear you about breaking stuff. That's the main reason I'm being so hesitant to dive into this., but I've got spools burning holes in my pockets! :)

When I put TnT on my '99 B2710, I kept the manually adjusted side link centered so the hydraulic side link could tilt my box blade in either direction. That was always enough tilt for my purposes, but might not be for yours. I have pictures of the box blade tilted forward and backward, but no pictures of the side to side tilt.
