Kubota RTV-X900

I bought a Kubota RTV-X900 back in January and have less than 15 hours on it and yesterday I noticed grease all on the inside of the front tire. The cv boot on the outside on the front is tore. It looks like it could have been a defective boot. I can't say for sure that a stick didn't do it but where I have been I don't think so. What should I do and how hard are they to change?

Definitely need to put a new boot on. CV boots are generally not hard to change, just a little time consuming and messy.
