Price Check Kubota pricing on B series

I've checked prices on the link: www.kazez.com/~will/kubota.html. He lists MSRP, a good price , and a great price for each B model. So far I'm having trouble finding a tractor at the "good price" much less the "great price". Is this web site way off base with the prices? I know the list price must vary a little, but I'm not sure where he finds these lower prices.
For example, I've found a B7610 w/LA 352 FEL for $13300 3 1/2hrs from home, $13750 2hrs away, $14000 1hr, and $14330+Tax 30 min from home. Nothing anywhere near the $12318 listed as a great price.

I got a 7510 w/ 302 loader for $430 over that websites "good price", the same dealer price for the 7610 w/ 352 loader was also less than $500 over the "good price". There are dealers with fair prices, I hope you can find one a bit closer than 3,000 miles.

From what I'm hearing from other NE members, you're not going to find that "great price" very easily.

That tool does a horrible job of comming up with prices anyway. Your better off reading here to see what other people are paying.
