Trying to get one tractor to do everything is difficult until they come up with 50 horse, 4000 pound SCUT.

I would suggest rebuilding/re-engining the 314 and new belt for your lawn mowing. With the choices you gave us, I would choose the Kubota L4400 and really see if you can stretch your budget to get a front loader now to go with it. With the land and tasks you describe, I would opt for the front loader on a 2wd over a 4wd without a front loader. A front loader can do many, many things.

I would definitely get a 4WD tractor. A hydro trans is also nice. I would keep your current mower for the reason that have already been discussed.

I think you could get a new L3200DT 4WD for around $12,500 if you pay cash.

Have you thought about a new tractor with a loader, or you could step up to a larger tractor like a MX5100? You can get 0% interest for 60 months on most brands.
