i have removed the cab roof 4 times to try and repair a loose wire which operates the ac compressor. after attempt no 2, i sent the tractor to the certified dealer in hanover pa to get them to try and solve the problem. the problem being that the wire continues to loosen and i am unable to turn on the compressor. anyway the dealer only took out 7 of the 9 phillips head bolts that hold the cab roof to the frame. they then pried the roof off the frame and ripped the roof mounted seats for the bolts out of the roof. since then i have tried again and again to fix the loose wire connection. I am still frustrated as i know i have to take the roof off again. this time i think i will put new hardware on the wire ends that will ensure a proper connection. the good news is that i am better than the dealer at removing and replacing the roof...i suppose the real point is that i am reluctant to go back to the dealer for anything as i have had numerous bad experiences with this particular dealer...not defeated yet....
