I looked at them when shopping for a new 100 hp tractor. Options were all new and had a cab. Deere 5100e, case 120c and the kubota. For price vs features the case was hands down the winner, but add in fit and finish and ergonomics, I went with the Deere. Kubota wasn't an option after I spent about 15 mins with it. Obviously everyone is different but I didn't care for the ergonomics of it or the way the shuttle shift works. Also rode rough and was bouncy. Don't think the tires were loaded but just felt light when messing around with the loader. Really jerked the tractor around. I suggest spending time with it and seeing if it's something that feels right to you. The case/new holland come with tons of stuff and I liked it a lot, just not enough to make a switch. New Deere should be in third week of February

Must of had the reallllllll thick green blinders on that day....if it's not too late pay the extra for the M that's more in line with 120c case. When i first saw a 5100E and noticed the turnbuckles instead of flexlinks on the 3pt and that itty bitty pump trying to move an H series loader I knew the kool aid was potent as ever.
I bought a new Kubota M5-111. It now has 480 hours. It has been in the shop with DEF problems for weeks (engine will go into idle mode in 60 minutes). Kubota told me it is a sensor inside the filter that requires the whole filter to be replaced. It is under warranty so the several thousand dollar cost will be paid by Kubota. I asked if the sensor has been improved or will this happen again after my warranty is over. They don't know if it has been improved. Kubota Service department said they have had several tractors with this same problem. So yes I own one and this is my experience.![]()
Thanks For Everyone's Comments - I Ended Up Buying a JD 5115M - Love It
