Price Check Kubota M4900 with cab

I have an M4900 with cab and has 850 hours. I only use it to cut grass (60inch bushhog finish cutter). im loking to down size but am not sure what to ask for this tractor and attachments I have. As of 2 weeks ago it has new engine and hyd oil and filters, new fuel filter and air filters. the tractor is in excellent shape. it has AC (it works), am/fm radio cassette, cig ligheter, everything on the tractor is operational. when I let it go it will be wth the 5ft finish cutter,5ft bush hog and a 5 ft tiller all PTO driven. what may be a good price to ask. looking to get a heavy duty type lawn tractor or zero turn............Rucker

The cab adds quite a bit - but you didn't mention whether there's a loader or if it has 4wd ? Tractorhouse.com has several M4700 / M4900 / M5400 / M5700 to get some idea of asking prices.

It is 2wd and no loader 50 hp.. Also has 5 m8071 weights (96lbs each)
