Price Check Kubota M4030 - fair asking price?

I'm going to sell my Kubota M4030 tractor. 48 horse diesel, PTO, 3 point, excellent rear tires, two speed rear and Woods loader. It runs excellent, has 3589 hours. Does not smoke or make any strange noises. All functions work properly. The loader operates slightly slower than I think it should, but is completely operational. Brand new suspension seat.

What's a fair price for this tractor?
