Tires Kubota m1110 rim leaking

I have a 2000 kubota m110 and air is leaking from one of the weld on the rear hub. It is at the rail stop for the adjustable rim. My question is ..can this small hole be welded? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes you can weld it... Depending on how large the area, you may have to remove the tire.
Even a small leak will need the air pressure removed, just removing the valve stem will work fine.

My boss had problems with his M125X breaking the rear rims. Ended up replacing them with a new style rim after several failed attempts to repair them and a call or three to Kubota.

I'm confused as to where yours are breaking. Got any pictures?

Ok if I understand right, the end of the rails where they terminate into a "J" is where it is leaking?

Have the fasteners "1 & 2" been loose at all?

Yes 1 of the two was loose. The leak is in a weld about 2" from bolt 2. I have had two replace both front 4wd rims because of inferior welds. Kubota Corp basicly told me to put the newer rims on, but refused to give me a break on price or shipping.

I figured they had been loose. That's what killed the welds on his, although they weren't the same style rims. On the new rims I ended up putting longer bolts with double nuts to lock them down tight.

If they must be replaced try contacting a company that actually builds rims, like Titan, instead if Kubota, who just buys them and marks them up.
