I have a 2013 Kubota L3800HST with LA524 FEL, ever since I bought the tractor new the FEL has had one side of the loader that is slightly off from the other. When I use the loader without anything on it, no forks or bucket, I notice a bit of slack in the right side lift cylinder with the left one lifting more. Is there an adjustment to even them out. It works fine and the loader has no bend on either side. It has always been like this. Also considered taking to dealer but I think it is out of warranty now. 2013 with 118 hr pampered tractor.
Thanks,

Check to see if the loader mounts are perfectly parallel. If I were you I'd check everything with an angle finder, preferably a digital one to tell you what degree the loader mounts are sitting at and if one is different. That's the first place I would start because if they're not lined up you can just loosen the bolts and tweak the mounts until they are perfectly aligned. Other than that I would think something could be bent.

I had a similar issue with my old LA723 FEL on a L3430HST. The bucket was not level to the ground when I took delivery of the tractor. The left side was about 1" higher than the right. The dealer told me it was "within spec" so I just put up with it. My farmer father in law showed me a trick to fix it. We put the tractor on a level concrete floor, dumped the bucket all the way and lifted the front end of the tractor off the ground with it's weight being carried by the bucket cutting edge. We carefully loosened all the FEL frame mounting bolts without removing any. There are more than a dozen as I recall. We gently lowered the tractor to the ground briefly and then raised it off the ground again. Finally, we re tightened all the FEL mounting bolts. It worked! The bucket was level after that.

Your problem might be something else like a hydraulic issue though but the above might be worth a try.
