Kubota LA1154 & LA1854 FEL interchangeable ?

Does a LA1154 (M7060) & LA1854 (M5-x1) loader fit the same tractor mounts ?
I’m sure they are diff lengths, heights & lifting capacity.
I’m just asking are they both compatible on the same tractor brackets ?

Good question. If you have access the loaders might be easily to measure the width to see if the are even the same, i.e. if you were trying to mount 1854 on M7060 that has 1154 mounts, if loaders are different width than no go.

I'm curious if the actual QA pin mounts are the same myself now. I.e. will 1154 mounts for an M7060 put on(modified or otherwise fitted to) an M5-x1 take an 1854.

I think they are different but you could go the the parts breakdown pages at a Messick's or whatever and compare the part numbers of the brackets or any connecting parts. I've done it on other things and it worked out.

The tractor brackets are probably different with the two different engines.
The loader pin diameter is different sizes so it’s a no go I learned last night.

My buddy was going to sale his 1154 loader IF his 1854 would fit his M7060.

Even handier having two loaders

Good idea but the tractors would have to be almost the same. I had a Grand L4610 that took the same factory FEL as the MX5000 because both tractors were based on the same chassis. M5 is larger and totally different design vs M7060.

The aftermarket loader outfits make a range of standard loaders in various sizes and fit them to various tractors with custom bracket mounts. If you had two similar size tractors, you might be able to swap one of those loaders around as you describe.

Even handier having two loaders

I’ve got two loaders but never use the second one.

I keep a loader on one tractor at all times but my other two tractors rarely gets mated to a loader since they Bush Hog & do chicken house work.

i refuse to run rear implements with a heavy loader on banging, clanging & in the way

Two here as well, one is on and off the tractor multiple times a year, it's on when needed and removed when not.

Same as you, don't like loader banging and clanging when it's not needed.

The other loader is only on in winter months. I built a barn a while back and it was handy having two loader tractors going.
