Kubota LA-402 vs Woods loader

I notice that some Kubota dealers assemble their tractors with Woods loaders as opposed to ther Kubota unit. Is the Woods loader a better piece of equipment than the LA-402 on the Kubota? Is the bucket stronger than the Kubota 60" bucket? Is it a question of price?

they are cheaper, thats why some places use them. If you use a loader that has more capacity than Kubota's loader they won't cover any warrenty issues that are caused by it. If the capacity is equal orless then its fine.
