Kubota L4610 HSTC W/cab

Hello everybody and thanks in advance for any help. I am in the process of buying some property. And as part of the deal there is a Kubota L4610 HSTC with a cab on it and A/C and heat with a stero included. It only has 240 hours on it and has been well maintained and stored under a barn when not in use. There is a 6' Bush Hog clipper and a 6' disk with it. What I would like to know is what is a fair market price for this? Oh yes, It is a 2001 model !
