Kubota l3800 vs yanmar lx490

Getting to the short strokes on my buy. Because of cash price incentives I can do a yanmar 490 tlb for within 10 percent of the kibitz l3800 TLB. For about 31k the yanmar strikes me as better finish, warranty and more power. And no pto issues? Am I missing somethiNg? Seems smarter then stepping up to the grand series.

The lx490 is a larger, heavier, more HP tractor. If I wanted a tractor that size, I'd just get a L4600. :thumbsup:

And the kubota L3800 has no PTO issues. It has a jerky 3ph if that is what you are refering to??

I am not up on yanmars, but if you want a bigger machine, I agree...look at the L4600:thumbsup:

Buy the size you want, and compare apples to apples
