Kubota L3410 Glow plug indicator light flicks on and off while engine is running.

Hi, Thanks for any info.
Turn key on, Glow plug light comes on and don't go off for a while after engine starts. While operating it will flick on and off.
In the last two weeks it worked right, one time.

Sounds like you have a glow plug controller gone bad - probably about $100. Warning! DON'T run the tractor anymore until you fix it. I ignored it when mine went bad and it burnt the plugs out, which cost another $200. Anytime that light is on, the glow plugs are activated. I would definitely fix it now.
