Kubota L3010
Ive had this tractor for about 10 years with little to no issues until recently. The last time I used the tractor I noticed the Power steering seemed as if it was beginning to go out as well as the rear lift. I am no expert, but my assumption is the steering and rear lift are both connected through the hydraulic system and on the same pump? I did notice the hydraulic fluid was a bit low so I topped it off to no avail. Basically the rear box and steering will react, but very slowly and jumps a lot. Does this sound like the pump is on it's way out?

Go to Kubotabooks.com and download the two parts of the Workshop Manual for your L3010.

I have not looked at the details of your particular model but based upon your description, I think you will find a suction line strainer/screen plugged with crud.

Once you have inspected and cleaned the screen, report back and more advice can be given if needed.

Don't go tearing things apart right now as you will likely find yourself in a big mess. People take valves apart, start blowing air through the valve trying to see how it works, forget which shim went where...........

EDIT
From what I see you have two hydraulic pumps. Possible one pump on the end of the first pump.
I believe they both use the same suction line which explains why you can have problems on both systems when the suction screen gets blocked.

EDIT 2
Not convinced you have suction screen on your model but a cartridge screw on type filter. Often parts of brake disks break off and plug up the oil supply to the two pumps

When’s the last time you change the hydraulic filter?

You have two separate pumps and you must have an issue with fluid supply for both to be having issues. Filter? Oil? Make of oil?

First thing to try would be a new filter, if that works, may cut the old filter open and see what you find.
