kubota l2800 and attachments what's it worth?

I have a 06 kubota L2800 I'm looking at selling. It is a 4WD HST with 766 hours on it. The pto as far as I know has less than 25 hours on it (it had the spindel cover on it when I bought it the first owner owned hotel and just used the loader on it with forks to move stuff around never used the pto). It has a kubota loader on it and it comes with bolt on forks. Everything is GREAT working order (Rear and PTO look new!!) expect the loader control sticks in the up position when you push all way forward causing the boom to slowly fall. Other than that no problems. It also comes with a 5' Bush hog brand SQ600 bush hog (with under 10 hours on it again the guy I bought it from only put 2 hours of use on it), a very heavy duty yellow box blade (possibly woods? But it has no name on it), and Kuhn 4' EL-32 tiller. What would be top dollar for all of this on craigslist in NorthWest Florida / southern GA and AL? I have no trailer to haul it on though. Would I get more for it or make it sell better / faster If I bought a cheap trailer that can haul everything so the buyer can just load up and take her away?

First, the loader is probably supposed to do what you describe. Thats the float function.

As far as having only 25 PTO hours, that is usless info IMO cause it cannot be verified.

And as always, condition is everything. And are there any service records for the 700+hours of use. it should have had about 7 or 8 oil changes and about 4 or 5 hydraulic fluid changes by now.

You can check tractorhouse.com for similar equip, and go from there. But keep in mind, most of those prices are dealer asking prices. And if you price yourself the same as a dealer, people are going to go to the dealer. Dealers can finance, you cannot. Dealers will take care of customers after the sale, you will not. Therefore, private party needs to be a little less.

Here is what I think:

Tractor $9,500-$10,500
Bushhog $400-$800
Tiller $600-$1200

All depending on condition. Total $10,500-$12,500 for everything

id say maybe $12,500 with the tiller an shredder.then it could be $10,000 with everything.

Yea, there are always really high ones, and really low ones. Just kinda gotta look at the average
