Price Check Kubota L2201 price

I have a kubota l2201 with a 60" king kutter. This is the only tractor i have ever owned. I am trying to sell it. I have had a couple of people tell me my asking price is to high. It is in good condition. Everything works. The PTO and lift works. 1600 hours. I am asking $3200 for the tractor and mower.

What is a fair asking price?

Your good. I sold a L2201DT with 4' brush cutter for $3800 (If I remember right). Mine was 4X4 with 1200 hours.
