We have seen the hydro screen mentioned several times, it appears to be located near the rear tire, etc. However, I cannot seem to find any mention of it in the L1501 DT parts manual?
The closest I come to is a cylinder looking "oil filter" in the transmission case. Could this be it for this model? Was thinking it would be a separate piece.
Ok, dumb question #2... where do you put the hydro fluid IN on this beast? Dad said he can find the place to add "gear oil" but gear oil and hydro fluid are two different things (unless I am just using a term wrong here) Is there a separate tranny fluid too or is that one of the above?
We got the parts manual for the L1501 DT, got an owners manual for a 185 DT, and a service/shop manual for the 185 DT as well...but takes a while to interpet what we are reading there vs here, etc.
Thanks
Sam
