Cruise control is one of the reasons I went from a very good condition BX2200 to a BX2660, but my wife won't use cruise control on her car or the BX; just depends on the individual. I wonder how well a geared tractor would sell if you could only use the foot throttle to maintain a constant speed.

My thought also
I would find it a little tedious without my throtle lever to maintain speed in a particular gear
I literally do not use my foot throtle ever except when I accidentaly stepped on it a couple of weeks ago getting off of the tractor

Thought I would throw in my two cents worth about the 3700. I bought mine in April from a dealer in Colorado. It was between this and the 3400. It is a tad bit smaller than the 3400 but has a little more horsepower. It was designed to compete with the comparable Deere tractors and with the poor economy. I own about 40 acres, of which, I bush hog about two or three acres with a 60" Land Pride. The rest of the acreage is grazed and hayed. It would never in a million years run a bailer but does great with other implements. So, if you're looking for something to use for haying, this might not be a good choice. I should mention that it did great moving a bunch of snow and the float on the FEL comes in really handy. As far as the draw bar and not being included, I had the dealer throw it in as part of the package deal. I'm spending a lot of money, the least they could do is throw in a $100 attachment. All in all I spent $23,0000 for the tractor and the Land Pride. By the way, after having a yellow Massey for years, the HST is very nice but for the old school tractor guys, it's tough getting used to not using a clutch all the time. Hope this helps.

I have a 3700 SU on order. There is an option for the QA bucket and you can get the HD 66" bucket with the 3700. I was wondering if anyone has the inside dimension of the 66" bucket. I want to order a tooth bar for it.

I just bought a 3700SU with front end loader and hydostatic transmission. IT IS AN AWESOME piece of equipment and has all of the power that I need. I highly recommend looking at one.

One thing I have noticed about Barlow's is that you don't have to even go there to get a sales pitch.

TRY to get a good nights sleep and post some pics for us. Tractors are like magical presents... They relax the mind and let you get out of the house..

I have looked around the forum a few times but never had anything to post.

I bought my 3700SU a little over a year ago. I love this tractor. It does great at everything I have used it for. Anyway a thread without pictures is a boring thread.

So

Took this after adding the 100w lights on the rope.

Before I bought the 3700su I rented a few Kubota's around the 34 hp size and I liked them just wanted a bit more power just didn't need all the extra hydraulics and addons. 3700 was the best choice for the price.
