Kubota KX71-3 no joystick functions

Hello,
I have a couple year old kubota kx71-3 mini excavator. It's now having an issue with neither of joysticks working and there is no forward or reverse. Dozer blade and boom swing via foot pedal work fine.
Tested the safety lever lock switch for continuity and also tried jumping the switch with a jumper wire. This switch has full 14v going in and out when engaged. Any ideas on what to check next?

If this model has the electrical control style joysticks there is a main controller somewhere on the machine. My suggestion is to get a service manual on how to troubleshoot or diagnose problems without doing damage to the controller.
