KUBOTA KX 41-2

I have a Kubota KX 41-2 which I purchased last year to do mainly a section of drain (300'). When I purchased it it came with no manuals so had to get them from the dealer in Lewiston ID. Did all of the regular maintenance stuff like change the oil, filters, hydraulic fluid etc. Found that the track rollers were shot so they were replace. Everything worked except the hi speed and the glow plug relay was bad. I have not been able to get the hi speed to work. When I started checking I found that the two wires to the switch on the hi speed peddle were disconnected. I re-attached them But no hi speed. Removed the solenoid and checked it but I am not sure if the action is great enough. It does move when power is applied but after 50 years doing electronic I know some have a great deal of force and other have very little. Does anyone have any idea as to whether this should be one or the other? Also is this the same as the one next to it when it come to force?
