Kubota injection pump timing ?????

Many posts lately about setting pump timimg to 0 tdc. Where did that info come from ? Just wondering because I have never owned or worked on a diesel that called for that.

I have no idea. If I'm remembering correctly most Kubotas are in the 18-23 degrees BTDC range depending on the model.

I believe Leonz was the one to recommend that. I am somewhat skeptical about that piece of advice myself! :confused2:

It was Leonz, but it did come after someone posted that their dealer fixed the vibration in their B3200 by setting the timing to 0* TDC. I think he had stated before that post that the vibration issue was timing related. Beyond that, I have no opinion (not qualified to).
