The Kubota Grand L6060 is a tractor I am considering buying. So far I have not heard of anyone having one. I would be interested in anyone's viewpoint of this tractor and what they think of it. Thank you.
I have two L6060's and a L5740 right now. I use them mainly for commercial snowblowing. They are very productive and fairly comfortable. The first units auto regeneration button having to be pressed everytime you went out is a bit of a pain but they seem to have taking care of that with the second unit. The early units had too small of alternators but once upgraded by the dealer it is fine. Lots of room in the cab compared to to L5740.
How is fuel use on the 6060's compared to the 5740? Also curious what is a pain about the regen button? I'm not really considering getting a new one, but a guy has to keep up with the new models...at least that's my excuse.

I would say they are pretty close in fuel consumption. The gauge says it averages 4.8 litres per hour while snowblowing. It is a pain having to remember to push the auto regen button each time you start the tractor. If I forget to push it and it is time for a regen and I miss it it has to be parked to regen. My newer L6060 automaticly goes into auto regen mode unless you push the park regen button. I can notice a slight increase in power and roadspeed over the L5740 but nothing huge like when I went from a L5030 to a L5740.
The reason for needing to push the button to select automatic was to avoid a regen, with its associated heat, starting in a building. I have no problem pressing my auto button on my M135GX. It's right by my shuttle lever which I need to move anyway. However I did once forget to press auto. In that case I was alerted when the yellow light indicating it was time for a regen started flashing. In that case I then pressed the auto button and continued my work. I guess the Grand L 60's differ from the Grand X. I've only found positive things.
