Kubota GR210

My Kubota gr2100 will not shut off. Starts fine and can drive it but blades won't work, think its a safety things because engine wont turn off with the key. Can take the key out and tractor still runs.
Replaced the stop solenoid, didn't fix the problem.
Could it be the seat safety switch, anyway to test that switch???

Check all the fuses and make sure the keystop timer is plugged in and working.
