Oil & Fuel Kubota engine Injection pump won't deliver on #1. Rotated delivery valve housing

Yep, the bracket that holds the injection delivery valve housings for #1,2 was evidently loose, so when I removed or installed the line (head replacement), I rotated the delivery valve housing. Evidently I turned it far enough to get it out of the pumping stroke and it's not putting out any fuel.

So, how to restore this setting? Trial and error? Look for paint/contact marks indicating where it was?

I warmed the engine up on 3 cylinders and will be retorquing the head, changing the oil again, and other stuff, but It would be nice to get this unit running on all 4.

On that particular mdl pump, if the top nut comes loose, the barrel that controls the amount of fuel, turns..
THATS WHY it has that bar across the top nuts.. {delivery valve holder}

We are having an issue with a delivery valve out of adjustment as well. Can you help?
