Kubota cold start probs

My Ransomes/Jacobsen mower has a 3 cylinder kubota diesel.....when its cold the only way to start it is to bleed all three injectors first or it just churns over without delivering fuel for ages.....once its started and warm it is on the button every time!
Whats the answer anyone?

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak causing air to seep into the fuel system and airlock the injectors until you bleed them.
