Kubota BX2660 hydraulic leak

I was working the tractor pretty good trying to dig up a stump and roots. Hit bypass ALOT. I backed up and noticed fluid on the ground.

When running...fluid drips from around coupling. When using loader or 3 point the fluid shoots out.

I took it loose, it's a flange fitting. Is there supposed to be a seal/o ring in there?

That is a flare compression fitting. It may be loose or hyd. pressure cut a groove in it.
Take it loose and inspect both sides of the fitting. Should be smooth. If smooth reinstall and tighten tightly. Recheck for leaks.
If leaks you may need to replace the hose or pipe.

WOW... sounds just like what happened with my KL3540 yesterday.. can some one 'splain this to me? Too much pressure and it escapes at the fitting?

Took mine apart, not a problem that I could tell with the compression fitting, but the fitting that screws into the transmission that has that compression fitting on the backside blew a seal. It had a washer with a rubber ring built into it, cut a split in that rubber seal. Kubota dealer says that's a WR Long thing, where they added the valve for the 4n1 bucket. Said to replace it with one of the original Kubota copper washer/seals, they should have one in this morning.
