Kubota BX2380

Hello,
I recently perchased a Kubota BX2380 (2018). I want to install a 3rd function valve . In the fuse box there is a 10 amp fuse marked "3rd function". Where can I find the wire to hook up to? From the fuse box the wires go into a harness and I can't see where this wire comes out.
This is my first tractor, and I'm having a ball making mods, & digging in the sand.

I suggest you find the location where the valve will be mounted, and look in that general vicinity for a wire with heat shrink on the end. Test the wire accordingly.
Kubota usually makes these kits work with their tractors, so I doubt pulling a wire for any appreciable length is required. From my experience, Kubota understands fishing wire through the machine and tying it down to prevent chafing is a task, and more likely to cause issues if done incorrectly by a tech. They usually make it pretty easy. Not sure on the new 80 Series with the joystick integrated into the fender, but on my 70, I'd be surprised if the wire wasn't right under the console next to where the valve is installed.

Hi Budd, welcome. I think I might be able to help you. I have a BX1880, with a front snow blower. The dealer installed a 3rd function switch for hydraulic operation of the deflector chute on the snow blower. While I didn't wire it myself, I can see what was done I can probably send you pictures and what not. I'm at work now but I can take a picture when I get home and post it .
