Kubota bt1000 backhoe thumb

Good morning, I just purchased a used kubota L47TBH with the bt1000 backhoe with thumb, When I went to use the Backhoe for the first time worked great except for the thumb control, The petal seemed to be seized, could not move forward or backwards, Is the a valve Any Ideas or suggestions, Thank you,
