So I've been looking for a lawn vac that would work with my GC 1705. I wanted a Protero but the price was a bit high. I looked at some of the others but I really didn't want to tow a trailer or have to maintain another engine. A few days ago I came across this GCX60 on Craigslist for 850 bucks so I snagged it. I knew it wouldn't fit without a fight, but I didn't think it would be this easy. I set it on top of the hitch just to get an idea of what it would look like and dang, it looks like it was made for this tractor! My plan is to weld a 3 point crossbar to the tube frame underneath where the 2x4 is. I'll replace the wood with steel once I get it to the pto shaft square and level. After I had this mocked up, I spotted the mounting arms that came with it thought they might fit so I stuck them on just to see what it looked like. I don't know if I really need them, but I think they would fit in between the two lift arms (first & last image). I'll post more images when it's done.

This installation is stupid easy! I installed the crossbar threw on a couple of bolts and fired it up. She runs real smooth! I'll replace the giant bolt with some sort of clamp and that should be it for the mount. The next part is mounting the mower adapter to the deck. I have a few left over parts if anyone is interested.

Did you get this bagger mounted yet? If so, can you detail what you had to do for the fit to a MF GC17xx and which deck you fitted to?

I'm not surprised...3pt implements are relatively standard....and the Massey GC and Kubota BX are very close in dimensions....

I might be interested, as I'm looking or a bagging solution currently. How did the final assembly go, and which deck are you using?
