Kubota B9200 HST

A friend of a friend has this Kubota equiped with a loader and 60 inch belly mower. It has 820 hours on it and appears to be in very good condition. I need help in knowing what to offer to purchase.

i beleive that tractor was offered in either 2 or 4 wd, (i think) which is this one? and what is the guy asking for it?

This is a 4X4 and I am to come up with an offer, what do you think? I know at some time $9,500. was talked about, but I have no idea of the value of this tractor.

There is B9200 for sale on Iron Solutions for $8,995 without a loader.

$9500 may be a little high for a private sale???????
