Kubota B7500 vs Cub Cadet 7200

Hey Guys,
I've been presented with the option to buy a couple of different machines. Which would you buy?

1. Cub Cadet 7200. This is a 20HP Diesel, 4WD, Power Steering, and 6/2 Trans. Comes with FEL and has 224 hours on the meter. Probably a 1999 model.

2. Kubota B7500. Same basic machine, only a HST. It, too, as a FEL (LA302). Owner says its a 1993 model with 101 miles on it (I don't get it either), but the hour meter shows just under 45 hours.

Both of these tractors are owned by private parties, and the original owners. Obviously, neither has had much use. The Kubota looks brand new, other than a bit of paint missing from the inside of the bucket.

CC is $7800, Kubota is $9000. Which one would you buy, and not just because of color?

real quick off the top of my head Kubota all the way and tell him his price is to high, for a couple of grand higher you could start to come close to new with full factory warrenty!!!!!

I don't know too much about them, but I do know that the B7500 wasn't made in 1993.

Do you know of any accurate way of dating them?
I seem to think that the serial number was 55585, but I'm just going from memory, as that is a somewhat simple number to remember.

I don't know how to date them but I don't think the B7500 was made back in 1993 so it has to be newer. The Kunota would be my pick but I do think that price is a little high. I don't understand the mileage thing? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I will worry about a seller (owner?) that does not know the year of his machine, and estimates the use of his tractor in miles.

The B7500 is definitely not a 1993 machine.

Buyer beware.
