Kubota B7200 fuse/electrical?

I have an '86 B7200, starter solenoid was corroded and weak, went to back off the positive terminal nut to clean the connection and the bolt snapped. Didn't disconnect the battery and since then the warning lights and fuel gauge on the dash are not working. Looks like a blown fuse, but the only two I can locate are in line up near the lights.
Shop manual says there is a 15 amp fuse after the key switch but for the life of me, I cannot locate it. Have pulled the dash to look behind, nothing. Do no see anything on the firewall and unfortunately the manual does not really give a location.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Is there a fusible link on the wire?
Are the ground wires tight?

There is a fusible link, which appears to be in working order. No damaged wire and has continuity.
The grounds thus far appear good. New solenoid should be here in a day or so. I've connected the power wire, which was attached right under the solenoids positive post, direct to the main positive wire
