Kubota B6200
My dad has given me his Kubota B6200 tractor with a B1630 loader. It has been sitting for quite some time. Got it started pretty easily, but the loader doesn't move. I know NOTHING about tractors....nothing. I'm currently ordering a service manual for it, but thought I'de pick some brains here. It doesn't look like there are any leaks anywhere, and the loader worked when the tractor was parked about 2-3 years ago. I don't even know where to check for fluid levels. Where should I start to look at this thing? Any help appreciated, CHRIS

Soooo...I go to check the trans fluid, pull the dipstick out and fluid starts dumping out of the tube. Like its WAY overfilled. Is that any sort of clue?

Chris,
Is the fluid clear or is it milky looking?

So does the 3pt hitch move up and down? Where do the loader lines tap into the hydraulic system, at the power beyond connection behind the seat or the hydraulic hardline tap on the right side in front of the throttle pedal?

3pt hitch does not move. The loader lines tap in on the right side near the throttle.
I've removed the box scrapper off the back to make it easier to mess with for now. If I can't get something figured out, I'll pull the loader as well, (or at least figure out how to move the tractor with it attached) so I can get it on a trailer and to my house.

First thing I'd do if I were in your place is to replace the fluid and all filters. A while back just after I got my tractor the 3pt hitch stopped lifting the mower, then stopped lifting anything. I pulled the filters and found one of them totally clogged with some nasty crap that took quite a bit of brake cleaner to get rid of. After that all was well. I don't remember offhand, but there's a couple drain bolts and at least one or two metal screen filters. I've got the manual for both tractors, if you want I'll look in them and see where and how many.

Yea, I'll do that on Wed. and see how it goes. I know where one screen is per the owners manual. I'm assuming that's all there is.
