CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY THE THREE POINT ON THE B6000 I JUST PURCHASED RAISES VERY SLOWLY WITH NO POWER? IT FEELS VERY "SPRINGY" WHEN I PUSH DOWN ON IT. IS IT A FLUID LEVEL PROBLEM? I DON'T HAVE A BOOK YET AND DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE OR HOW TO CHECK THE LEVEL. IS THERE A LEVEL PLUG? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS IN ADVANCE......FORGOT TO MENTION, THIS TRACTOR HAD NOT BEEN RUN FOR THREE YEARS.

It sounds like you have air in the lift cylinders if it is "springy" when you push on it. Yes, it could be low on fluid but I don't know where the dipstick is on that tractor.

Yours does have a knob that adjusts the speed down, not up.

Maybe your fluid is contaminated, any air should flush out on its own.

Could possibly be very low in fluid.

Most likely the valve could be bad.

If I remember correctly there is no filter on the hydraulic oil, otherwise I'd say that is clogged.

I've got a parts machine with the three point valve if you need a used replacement.

I'd check pressure first though to be sure it is not your pump.
