Kubota B6000 Engibe replacement

I am looking to replace the engine of my Kubota B 6000. I am not a person with any experience in relation to diesel engines and I was wondering if former Kubota owners or diesel mechanic with experience of this model could give me some advice as the best way to go about doing this?
